She has attended numerous seminars, while she is a Member of the Economic Chamber. She is a graduate of the Piraeus School of Industry (now the University of Piraeus).

George Tsiamouras

His professional expertise includes his involvement with the taxation of natural and legal persons, the contracts for the avoidance of double taxation and the formation of corporate structures. Actively undertakes incorporations and company liquidations, tax audits and in general domestic and foreign tax issues. Has knowledge of accounting standards and international financial reporting standards.
He is a Member of the Economic Chamber and is a graduate of the University of Patras.

Zoe Tsiamoura

She has professional experience in the preparation of income declarations, VAT returns, FMY, and the corresponding declarations on a case by case basis.

Dimitris Kalyvas

Είναι πτυχιούχος ΤΕΙ Πειραιά.

Είναι λογίστρια-φοροτεχνικός Α τάξεως και Μέλος του Οικονομικού Επιμελητηρίου. Είναι ειδικευμένη στην εφαρμογή των λογιστικών προτύπων καθώς και την σύνταξη οικονομικών καταστάσεων. Συντάσσει καταστάσεις προετοιμασίας συγχωνεύσεων εταιρειών με προβλέψεις των απαλλαγών που παρέχει η κάθε επιλογή.
Είναι πτυχιούχος του ΤΕΙ Λογιστικής Μεσολογγίου.

George karalis

Είναι συνεργάτης της TLS ΦΟΡΟΤΕΧΝΙΚΗΣ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΥΤΙΚΗΣ Ε.Ε.

Είναι λογιστής φοροτεχνικός - ασφαλιστής ειδικευμένος σε μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις. Συντάσσει ετήσιες δηλώσεις φορολογίας εισοδήματος φυσικών και νομικών προσώπων. Επίσης ενημερώνει τις μισθοδοσίες πλήθους εταιρειών και εξάγει τις ασφαλιστικές υποχρεώσεις τους. Είναι απόφοιτος Δημοσίου ΙΕΚ Λογιστικής και κάτοχος αδείας Ασφαλιστή από την ΤτΕ.
